How do I place an order?The fastest way to experience Textpro is the following: 1) Tap or click on the "Use Textpro" button docked at the bottom of your screen 2) Message in your own words, what you would like to order 3) Respond with your address, which is required for food deliveries only 4) Confirm your order 5) Use Stripe’s IPC-Compliant payment links to fill out your credit card info. \ Boom! Your product/service has been ordered and is on its way

How can I be sure that Textpro offers my favorite product or service?Textpro offers access to over 1 million stores, with deliveries made by Grubhub, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Instacart. Textpro also offers access to 800 airlines, including American, JetBlue, & Spirit, and over 12,000 venues, via access to Ticketmaster.

Can I use my points along with my credit card points?Yes! You can stack your Textpro points on top of your credit card points for additional cash back on each purchase. Textpro is not a substitute for credit card points and does not work directly with the credit card companies.

How do I earn points?With our loyalty points you can go straight to using them after a purchase. No need to wait until the end of the month to use them as is the case for credit card points. Say you purchase a sports ticket, you can use the points from the purchase directly towards some Uber Eats before going to the game!

When will I receive my order?If you ordered a food, delivery, retail, convenience item you should get it the same day. If you ordered a sports, concert, or flight ticket, that should be processed within the next ten minutes. If you do not receive it within those time frames, please feel free to contact Textpro at support@textpro.ai

I ordered tickets for a concert or sports game and I still haven't received them, is this normal?Absolutely, According to TextPro’s policy, tickets will be delivered to the email address provided in the system no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
